About

I graduated from the Computer Science Department (CSD) at the University of Crete. I'm a software engineer based in London, UK, creating cool stuff in the digital space. My professional experience started 9 years ago as a Full-stack engineer, but I realised that I was more interested in the front-end side of things, and this is where I'm focused now.

Work

For my day job I'm a Senior Front-end engineer at Paddle, a payments infrastructure provider that helps software companies grow. In my professional career I've worked closely with many startups where I had the chance to get involved in different stages of their journey from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release. Philosophy

My approach to technology is rooted in the needs of the end user. I believe that everything should feel like a natural extension of ourselves. For this reason, I heavily use the JavaScript ecosystem, stacks and frameworks, opting for what is best suited to a given problem. I consider myself a person who can identify and understand a problem and having the knowledge and resources to deliver a pragmatic solution, always keeping in mind the given requirements.
